At Estel Ingeniería y Obra, we continue to grow internationally and are looking to add an Accounting Administrative Assistant for the Foreign Department in Spain to our team, who will work from our offices in Palma de Mallorca, managing accounting and providing support in administrative tasks for the branch offices.

What you'll do

  • Management of accounting for assigned branches: control of invoice recording, payroll, taxes, etc., bank reconciliations, monthly and annual accounting closings.

  • Management of the administrative team in assigned branches.

  • Review and analysis of accounting balances, ensuring the consistency and reliability of financial information.

  • Control and reconciliation of intercompany (Interco) operations between branches and Headquarters.

  • Monitoring of bank fluctuations and currency control, ensuring correct accounting allocation.

  • Preparation and presentation of accounting and financial reports to the parent company.

  • Coordination with local advisory firms in assigned branches for the filing of fiscal and tax obligations.

  • Audit follow-up.

  • Follow-up on payments and collections from international clients and suppliers.

  • Support with administrative procedures related to contracts, suppliers, and assistance to the expatriate team at the destination.

  • Collaboration with the international administration team and Headquarters in Spain.
