The role

We are currently immersed in a full process of expansion and growth, and for this reason, we are looking for an Accounts Receivable Technician to join #OKTeam at our corporate headquarters located in Palma de Mallorca. The mission will be to ensure the correct recording, control, and issuance of invoicing for the group at both national and international levels.

What you'll do

  • Issuance, control, and review of the company's invoicing to intermediaries or end clients.

  • Recording of issued invoices in the management system.

  • Certification of invoices issued through the established processes in each country.

  • Reconciliation of accounts receivable.

  • Continuous monitoring of the evolution of accounts receivable.

  • Preparation of accounts receivable reports.
