At Estel, experts in high-end integrated installations for the hotel and residential sector, we are looking to hire a Plumbing Supervisor (SAT) to lead our plumbing team in Palma de Mallorca.
What you'll do
Coordinate and supervise maintenance and repair work on plumbing installations, leading the team and ensuring quality, deadlines, and safety of service.
Daily planning and coordination of the plumbing team.
Technical supervision of maintenance, breakdown, and repair work at client installations.
Quality control of interventions and compliance with deadlines.
Management of materials and spare parts required for each intervention.
Resolution of complex technical issues and direct support for the team on site.
Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations in all interventions.
Coordination with the maintenance department and clients.
What are we looking for?
Training in plumbing, installations, or similar.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in plumbing, including experience leading teams.
Corresponding installer license.
Driving license B.
Residence in Mallorca (mandatory).
