Legalization Technician

• Previous experience in administrative or document management roles.

• Good proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Fluency with online platforms and digital certificates.

• Organization, rigor, and attention to detail.

• Ability to handle several files at once and meet deadlines.

• Vocational Training (FP), preferably in the administrative or technical field (not essential).

• Experience in processing with the Administration, distribution companies, or city councils.

• Experience in companies within the construction or installations sector.

• Knowledge of Catalan.

At Estel Ingeniería y Obras, specialists in integral installations for high-end hotel and residential projects, we are looking for a Legalization Technician for our team in Palma. You will be responsible for the administrative management of the legalization files for the installations we execute.

• Collect the documentation provided by the Technical Office, Site Management, engineering firms, and installers, and verify that the file is complete.

• Enter and submit documentation through the electronic platforms of the Administration, distribution companies, and city councils.

• Follow up on each file until its resolution and notify the technical department of any requirements.

• Manage the schedule of appointments and inspections with the involved organizations.

• Keep the registry of files, deadlines, and expiration dates up to date.

• Archive documentation and prepare the end-of-work dossier for delivery.
