Site Manager

• Previous experience as a Site Manager, Site Foreman, or in a similar position within the construction and renovation sector.
• Real experience on-site, with the ability to manage teams and supervise the execution of works.
• Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage several sites simultaneously and prioritize tasks.
• Orientation towards results, cost control, and quality.
• Good command of IT tools and a willingness to work with management systems.
• Sensitivity towards site safety and compliance with OHS regulations.
• Residence in Sabadell or surroundings, or availability to travel daily to the area.

We will especially value experience in renovations, maintenance, or the management of multiple short-duration interventions, as well as evolution from a foreman profile towards functions of greater responsibility and management.

Salary: €32,000 - €42,000 gross per year, depending on experience

A company in full expansion is looking to hire a Site Manager or Senior Foreman with a highly operational profile, oriented towards management and with real experience in construction sites and renovations.

The selected person will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the daily operations of the work teams, guaranteeing correct planning, execution, and profitability of the works, as well as the quality of finishes and compliance with established deadlines.

They will work jointly with the current supervisor and in coordination with the different areas of the company, especially Purchasing, in an environment that bets on process improvement, organization, and the professionalization of the area.

• Coordinate and supervise the work teams and the daily activity of the construction sites.
• Plan the works, dimension times and materials, and organize the necessary resources.
• Perform monitoring of costs, budgets, and the profitability of the works.
• Guarantee the quality of finishes and compliance with execution deadlines.
• Manage incidents and resolve problems that arise during the execution of the works.
• Coordinate with the Purchasing department to ensure the availability of materials.
• Lead, motivate, and supervise the workers, maintaining direct and effective communication.
• Ensure compliance with safety and occupational risk prevention regulations.
• Use IT tools and management systems to improve the control and monitoring of activity.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and the growth of the department.
