- Experience as a site manager in the electrical installations area.

The role

At Mur & Partners, we are looking for an Installations Site Manager for our client, a technology company specializing in engineering, smart infrastructures, and urban mobility services, which stands out for being part of a consolidated business group.

The main mission of the position will be the planning, coordination, and supervision of the execution of works and the installation and maintenance projects of the works developed by the group, reporting directly to the Territory Delegate for Barcelona and Lleida.

What you'll do

- Liaison with the company and its end client for the management of the works.

- Coordination of internal personnel and subcontracted professionals involved in the works.

- Control and organization of work groups and assignment of tasks.

- Management of offers and contracts with subcontracted companies.

- Coordination of the site along with technical support for the Site Management.

- Planning of the work to be carried out and management at a temporal level.

- Economic planning and monitoring of costs derived from the works, as well as their deviations.

- Control of compliance with occupational risk prevention measures, in collaboration with the risk department.

- Management of the works and the personnel involved through the company's ERP program.

- Control, supervision, and execution of the work on-site.

- Maintain detailed records of project progress, including progress reports, material logs, and financial reports.
