The role

At Estel Ingeniería y Obras, we are specialists in comprehensive installations (electrical, plumbing, telecommunications, and trigeneration) for high-end hotel and residential projects. We are looking to bring mechanical installations technicians onto our construction teams in Ibiza.

What you'll do

Assembly, installation and maintenance of cold water, hot water and sanitation networks.
Installation of taps, sanitary fixtures, pressure equipment, pumping groups and water treatment systems.
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
Coordination with the electrical, HVAC and other specialist teams to ensure the correct integration of the installations.
Quality control of materials and finishes on high-end projects.
Detection and resolution of issues on site.

Requirements

Experience as a first-class tradesperson in mechanical installations, on large-scale projects (hotels, luxury residential).
Knowledge of machine rooms, plumbing, HVAC, heating, geothermal and sanitation systems.
Valid Occupational Risk Prevention course in plumbing and HVAC (20 hours).
Specialized technical training in Mechanical Installations will be valued.
A disability certificate of 33% or higher will be valued, in accordance with current regulations.
