Junior Lawyer - Commercial and Contract Law

• Degree in Law. Completion or ongoing Master's Degree for Access to the Legal Profession is valued.
• Experience of 1 to 2 years in commercial legal advisory and contracting, preferably in corporate environments or law firms.
• Solid knowledge in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
• English level B2–C1, with the ability to review legal documentation and maintain professional conversations.
• Good communication skills, analytical capacity, organization, autonomy, and results orientation.

• Training or knowledge in Corporate Law, international contracting, compliance, and data protection is valued.

We are looking for a proactive, decisive person with a business orientation, who wants to participate in the company's legal advisory and collaborate with different departments in a multidisciplinary work environment.

• Support for commercial and operations teams in negotiations with clients, suppliers, and partners, proposing viable legal solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Analysis of contractual risks, general terms and conditions, liability clauses, guarantees, penalties, intellectual property, confidentiality, and dispute resolution.
• Preparation and updating of contractual templates, internal policies, and action guides to standardize contracting.
• Coordination with finance, tax, compliance, human resources, and management areas in operations with legal impact.
• Review of documentation in Spanish and English and participation in negotiations with international counterparties.
• Monitoring of contractual obligations, deadlines, renewals, and document management of the contractual cycle.
• Management of legislation, case law, and AI tools, as well as contractual files.
