The role
Within our Administration and Finance team, we are looking to bring on board a person to provide support in the management of processes related to customers and suppliers, combining tasks of invoicing, monitoring collections and payments, account reconciliation, and support for the Controlling area.
What you'll do
- Recording and reviewing supplier invoices.
- Support in monitoring customer debt, outstanding balances, and due dates.
- Issuance and recording of customer invoices.
- Issuance and management of credit notes and credit memos.
- Handling calls and emails from customers and suppliers, providing support in the resolution of inquiries and incidents related to invoicing, payments, and collections.
- Support in the review and reconciliation of accounts for customers and suppliers.
- Monitoring of invoicing incidents and discrepancies.
- Support in administrative and accounting tasks related to monthly closing processes.
- Support for the Controlling area in the preparation, collection, and review of financial and management information.
- Collaboration in other tasks and projects of the finance department, depending on the needs of the team.
