Allow the logistics organization to thrive in the market and achieve company objectives through the implementation, improvement, and maintenance of technical facilities and products in subcontracted warehouses. Advise and assist the subcontracted warehouse management with technical knowledge, as well as our prospects and customers in their choices of technical facilities.

Propose and manage engineering and development projects with the aim of improving and/or maintaining technical facilities and products.

Main activities:

• Execute/manage engineering and development projects within the budget and the planned timeframe.
• Inventory the technical facility and product needs of subcontracted warehouses and users.
• Propose projects that contribute to the quality and efficiency of technical facilities and products.
• Advise and help with technical knowledge regarding the maintenance of technical facilities and products (contribute to the preparation of maintenance plans, propose innovative ideas to improve and/or maintain technical facilities and products,...).

2. Engineering and development investments / cost reduction

Advise management on investment matters with the aim of reducing costs and ensuring the smooth operation and efficiency of technical facilities and their suitability to market needs in the short and long term.

Main activities:

• Study current and future needs: analysis of technical needs and customer problems, technological monitoring of technical solution providers
• Make proposals for the efficiency of technical investments in relation to the detected problems and needs.

Support the development of the company through the continuous improvement of the service center management processes.

Main activities:

• Identify and prioritize workplaces
• Manage workplaces by mobilizing the necessary resources
• Evaluate the effectiveness of workplaces
• Build and develop the "service center benchmark" audit support
• Deploy "service center repository" audits in the service centers
• Support the construction and deployment of tools for monitoring and optimizing the network's administrative processes (monitoring of hydrometers, manufacturer visit planning tool, etc.)
