What you'll do
As a Customer Account Analyst, you will be an indispensable part of our Commercial team, specifically within the Business Contract Management area, as you will be in charge of tasks related to the monitoring and management of customer accounts. These may include calculating tenure, differences regarding inventory, and final stock. Additionally, you will provide personalized attention to customers by providing reports indicating specific points and recommendations.

You will also have the opportunity to develop negotiation functions and a closer experience with the customer, serving as the commercial back office for the sales department and providing support in potential meetings with customers.
Additionally, this position includes an area for the more analytical profiles, carrying out the processing and monitoring of KPI analyses, as well as working together with all parties involved to achieve an understanding of the results and inform customers.
