The role

A company dedicated to the manufacture of acoustic insulation systems needs to hire a Plastic Injection Technician in Fuenlabrada. The tasks to be performed are as follows:

  • Prepare, adjust, and set up plastic injection machines.
  • Perform mold and tooling changes according to production needs.
  • Configure and optimize injection parameters (temperature, pressure, speed, and cycle times).
  • Supervise the correct operation of the machines during the production process.
  • Control the quality of the manufactured parts, verifying measurements, finishes, and technical specifications.
  • Detect, analyze, and solve manufacturing incidents or defects.
  • Perform production tests to guarantee compliance with quality standards.
  • Carry out basic preventive maintenance of the machinery and collaborate in corrective interventions.
  • Record incidents, production parameters, and quality controls established by the company.
  • Among other tasks inherent to the job position.
