The role

We are selecting a commercial director to join on a permanent basis a company in the real estate sector in Mataró. The selected person will perform the following functions:

What you'll do

Market prospecting.
Sourcing of real estate assets.
Brand positioning.
Coordination with general management and marketing for the design and development of the business strategy.
Management of sales orders.
Supervision and coordination of the real estate agent team.
Providing optimal customer service to owners and investors.
Among other tasks inherent to the job position.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the functions of the position.
Experience in the management or direction of real estate investment platforms.
We are looking for a responsible and dynamic person.
Proximity to the workplace will be valued.
