Plant Manager to join the Tudela area within a paper mill. The functions to be developed are:

What you'll do

➢ Manage and supervise the operation of the cogeneration plant, guaranteeing its safe, efficient operation in accordance with the established objectives.

➢ Plan, coordinate, and supervise the preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of the facilities, ensuring the proper conservation of the equipment.

➢ Guarantee the maximum availability and continuity of electrical and thermal production, optimizing the plant's performance and contributing to the maximization of the economic result.

➢ Review production data, consumption, and yields daily, analyzing deviations and proposing the necessary corrective measures. Prepare periodic monitoring reports, including monthly operating reports.

➢ Plan, execute, and monitor maintenance plans, using the available corporate tools, including the CMMS system. Guarantee the performance and recording of the reviews, inspections, and regulatory controls required by applicable legislation.

➢ Direct, coordinate, and supervise the team of plant operators, ensuring proper work organization and compliance with procedures.

➢ Manage the relationship and coordination with suppliers, contracting companies, and maintenance subcontractors, supervising quality, compliance with deadlines, and agreed conditions.

➢ Manage operational relationships with the client and Administration bodies, ensuring compliance with acquired commitments and applicable requirements.

➢ Prepare and perform the monitoring and control of the plant's economic budget.

➢ Supervise and control the plant's purchasing and contracting processes, in accordance with the company's purchasing policies and procedures, including the request and analysis of offers, selection of suppliers within their powers, and validation and recording of invoices.

➢ Ensure compliance with regulations and internal procedures regarding safety, occupational health, and the environment, within their scope of responsibility, promoting a culture of prevention and continuous improvement.

➢ Guarantee that the technical, operational, and administrative documentation of the plant is up to date, organized, and available, using the established corporate tools, such as SharePoint.

➢ Maintain availability and responsiveness to operational incidents, coordinating the necessary actions to minimize their impact on safety, production, availability, and the economic results of the plant.
