The Junior Assembly Operator position is an entry-level role focused on assembly, repair assistance, and support to get our production teams up and running. As part of the team, this role executes basic technical tasks with precision, follows established work standards, and contributes to learning and integration into manufacturing processes.
What you'll do
- Perform the assembly, testing, and installation of specialized plasma reactor equipment on a production scale, under the supervision of senior technicians and engineers.
- Execute the commissioning and operation of new assembly lines in Zaragoza, adapting to evolving layouts and manufacturing processes to support high production volumes.
- Maintain high quality standards and consistent performance to meet demanding production deadlines, in accordance with the guidelines of coordination supervisors.
- Consistently apply Best Known Methods (BKMs) and the work standards learned during training, ensuring equipment reliability.
- Support the implementation of new equipment designs and modifications within the plant, actively collaborating with the local team.
How you'll work
The initial schedule for this position will be Monday through Friday, with regular 8-hour shifts (40 hours per week). This schedule may be adjusted as our operations evolve.
