The role

A company dedicated to courier and parcel delivery is looking to permanently add a Traffic Manager to its workforce for its headquarters in Estepona.

What you'll do

- Manage the team of motorcyclists.

- Resolve daily incidents.

- Go out to assist on routes.

- Knowledge of Excel and IT.

- People management.

- Shift planning.

- Route coordination.

- Loads and fleets.

- Operations.

- Supervision of PPE.

- Problem solving.

- Among other tasks inherent to the job position.

How you'll work

  • IMPORTANT: initially, the position will be based at the Málaga office, with plans for a permanent transfer to the Estepona office in October.
