The role
We need Fish Operators to work in a company in the fresh fish preparation sector, in the A Mariña area. The tasks to be performed will be the following:
What you'll do
- Scale, eviscerate, and cut (fillets, slices,...) fresh fish.
- Perform vacuum packaging when required.
- Execute other preparations of fresh and frozen fish.
- Manual handling of fish boxes.
- Maintenance of hygiene, food safety, and order standards in the room.
- Among other tasks inherent to the job position.
