The role

Job Description:

We are looking for a Fish Factory Operator to join our team in Irun. The selected person will be responsible for processing and packaging fish, as well as performing specialized cuts using a vertical saw. This is a refrigerated work environment where attention to detail and technical skills are required.

What you'll do

  • Handling and cutting of fish using a vertical saw.
  • Cutting large pieces of fish into slices.
  • Performing other tasks such as packaging, knife cutting, and descaling.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and order in the work area.

How you'll work

The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 6:00 to 14:00, and the salary is €10 per hour.

Onboarding: The company incorporates staff into the permanent workforce after 3 months of temporary contract if performance is satisfactory.
