The role

A company in the food sector is looking for a Quality Control Technician in Production to work in Azagra and perform the following tasks:

What you'll do

- Perform quality controls and verifications during the production process, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and product specifications.

- Take samples and carry out physical, chemical, and/or organoleptic controls of raw materials, products in process, and finished products.

- Record quality incidents detected in production, follow up on corrective actions, and collaborate in the prevention of non-conformities.

- Supervise compliance with hygiene, cleaning, and good manufacturing practices (HACCP), guaranteeing compliance with current food regulations.

- Among other functions required for the position.
