The role

Eurofirms is selecting a Scaling Technician for a company in the chemical sector located in La Pobla de Vallbona. The selected person will perform the following functions:

What you'll do

- Prepare and carry out product pilot tests, taking into account their feasibility and scalability.

- Draft product manufacturing protocols and modify/update existing ones.

- Validate manufacturing protocols, supervising that the protocol is carried out as specified during the first manufacturing runs and applying appropriate modifications.

- Reorder the list of raw materials in the ERP, according to the designed protocol, to make the manufacturing process more efficient.

- Program manufacturing protocols in the process automation software (M. Access).

- Adapt customer manufacturing protocols to the company's systems and processes, validating with the customer when necessary.

- Participate in the investigation of incidents related to the manufacturing process result that affect the specifications of the cosmetic product.

- Among other tasks inherent to the job position.
