Head of Agentic AI

We are looking for a Head of Practice - Advanced Enterprise Agentic AI, responsible for leading and developing our Advanced Agentic AI practice, driving solutions based on intelligent, autonomous and governed agents, and ensuring technical excellence and impact for our clients.

🚀 What will you do?

Define the scope, positioning and roadmap of the Agentic AI practice.
Design and lead advanced architectures of scalable and reusable agents.
Lead end-to-end multi-agent solutions, integrated with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, SaaS).
Ensure agent governance, responsible AI, security, privacy and compliance.
Lead and develop a senior multidisciplinary team (engineering, data, architecture, consulting).
Oversee the delivery of complex projects, ensuring time-to-value and industrialization.
Participate in pre-sales activities, proposals and presentations at executive level.
Manage technology alliances and stay up to date with the Agentic AI ecosystem.

🎯 What do you need to know?

More than 10 years of experience in software engineering, architecture or Data & AI.
Solid experience in Agentic AI and intelligent agent-based systems.
Previous experience as a Practice Lead, Head of Practice or similar role (hybrid leadership/execution profile).
Experience in enterprise environments and/or technology consulting.
Training in Engineering and specialization in AI (Master's or PhD valued).

Asegurar el gobierno del agente, IA responsable, seguridad, privacidad y compliance.
Liderar y desarrollar un equipo senior multidisciplinar (ingeniería, data, arquitectura, consultoría).
Supervisar la entrega de proyectos complejos, garantizando time-to-value e industrialización.
Participar en actividades de preventa, propuestas y presentaciones a nivel ejecutivo.
Gestionar alianzas tecnológicas y mantenerse al día en el ecosistema de IA Agentica.

🎯 ¿Qué necesitas saber?

Más de 10 años de experiencia en ingeniería de software, arquitectura o Data & AI.
Experiencia sólida en IA Agentica y sistemas basados en agentes inteligentes.
Experiencia previa como Practice Lead, Head of Practice o rol similar (perfil híbrido liderazgo/ejecución).
Experiencia en entornos enterprise y/o consultoría tecnológica.
Formación en Ingeniería y especialización en IA (Máster o PhD valorable).
