Senior Generative AI and Agentic Systems Developer

🧩 What are we looking for?

✔️ Solid experience in the development of generative AI applications and LLM-based agentic systems.

✔️ Proficiency in Python and experience in the development and integration of REST APIs.

✔️ Experience with frameworks for agent development, such as LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, Microsoft Agent Framework, or equivalents.

✔️ Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) and mechanisms for exposing and integrating tools and resources for agents.

✔️ Experience in cloud environments, mainly AWS. Knowledge of Azure and GCP will be valued.

✔️ Knowledge of identity and access management: IAM, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, RBAC, and ABAC.

✔️ Experience or knowledge in the management of non-human identities, credentials, and secrets in cloud environments.

✔️ Knowledge of traceability, auditing, and action logging in agent-based systems.

✔️ Experience with Git, CI/CD, and containerization technologies for the deployment of cloud applications.

✔️ Analytical capacity, autonomy, and orientation toward development quality, with special attention to the security and reliability of solutions.

🚀 What will you do in your day-to-day role?

🤖 Design and development of generative artificial intelligence solutions based on LLM and agentic systems.

💻 Development of applications and services using Python, as well as design and integration of REST APIs.

🔗 Implementation of agent architectures using frameworks such as LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, Microsoft Agent Framework, or equivalent technologies.

🧩 Integration of tools, services, and resources through MCP (Model Context Protocol) and other connection mechanisms with agents.

☁️ Development and integration of solutions in cloud environments, mainly AWS, with the possibility of also working with Azure or GCP.

🔐 Implementation of authentication, authorization, and access control mechanisms for agents and applications, using technologies and standards such as IAM, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, RBAC, and ABAC.

🛡️ Secure management of non-human identities, credentials, and secrets used by agents and services in cloud environments.

📊 Implementation of traceability, auditing, and logging mechanisms for actions executed by agentic systems.

⚙️ Development and deployment of applications using Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies.

🏦 Application of security, control, and governance best practices in the development of AI solutions within a banking environment.
