About the role

Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Developer (AM L1)

What you'll do

You will be responsible for providing first-level technical support on Dynamics 365 F&O, participating in incident resolution, maintenance of existing developments, analysis of integrations, and support for deployments, ensuring the stability and proper functioning of the platform.

  • Analysis and resolution of technical incidents in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

  • Diagnosis of errors in code, integrations, batch processes, and services.

  • Development of minor fixes and technical adjustments in X++.

  • Debugging and code analysis in Dynamics 365 F&O.

  • Review of logs, traces, and execution errors.

  • Management of incidents related to performance, integrations, and automated processes.

  • Technical support for deployments in development, testing, pre-production, and production environments.

  • Post-deployment validation and follow-up on incidents arising from deployments.

  • Support for the functional team in the analysis and resolution of complex incidents.

  • Escalation of incidents to L3 teams when necessary.

  • Technical documentation of implemented solutions and operational procedures.

  • Corrective and evolutionary maintenance of existing developments.

  • Coordination with infrastructure, integration, and advanced support teams.
