Lead AI Solution Architect (Agentic AI)

• Professional experience exceeding 10 years as a Solution Architect, participating in the design and implementation of complex technological solutions.

• Consolidated Experience: Extensive prior track record in solution architecture and platform architecture.
• AI Experience: Demonstrable work designing and implementing solutions with AI Agents and orchestration flows (e.g., LangGraph, multi-agent frameworks).
• Solid experience in cloud ecosystems (Google Cloud Platform, Azure, AWS).
• Knowledge of emerging Agentic standards (such as Model Context Protocol, a2a).
• Experience in creating knowledge graphs and context.
• Knowledge and application of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar).
• High level of English (B2/C1), with the ability to participate in meetings, workshops, and international projects.

• Architectural Leadership: Designing end-to-end high-complexity technological solutions, serving as a bridge between AI innovation and traditional corporate systems.

• Design by Principles: Ensuring that all solutions comply with the highest standards of adaptability, resilience, scalability, traceability, reusability, and decoupling.

• Ecosystem Orchestration: Designing and integrating multi-agent systems, defining the strategy, their correct monitoring, control, and evolution in production.

We are currently looking for a Lead AI Solution Architect (Agentic AI) to join our company. We are seeking a person with a solid background in data science, capable of leading teams, designing analytical strategies, and guiding the implementation of advanced solutions in Artificial Intelligence environments for our Center of Excellence (CoE) AI.DA.

• Tech Stack:

- Expert proficiency in development with Python and other programming languages

- Infrastructure and Backend: Technical DNA forged in microservices architectures and Kubernetes-based containerized deployments.

- Advanced Integration: Deep practical knowledge of synchronous and asynchronous integration patterns (event-driven architectures).

• Teamwork and multidisciplinary collaboration.
