You will participate in a change management project where you can put your knowledge into practice and gain experience in organizational transformation initiatives.

You will get involved in workshops, surveys, adoption analysis, and actions to support people during change processes.

• You will identify possible obstacles and resistance to change and help define actions to address them.
• You will coordinate workshops, surveys, communication materials, and other initiatives to facilitate the adoption of changes.
• You will monitor project progress, collecting data and preparing reports that help in decision-making.

What will make you successful in this position?

You will work in an Agile environment and will have contact with dynamics and ways of working such as Scrum or Kanban.

You will be able to develop your experience in projects linked to Public Administration, a context that is especially interesting to learn how the transformation of large organizations is driven.

You will combine remote work with presence in the client's offices, between 1 and 3 days per week, in Sants-Montjuïc.

You will work with tools from the M365 ecosystem and will also take on the technical administration of the Microsoft Teams space: channels, permissions, basic moderation, and activity monitoring.

Your experience with M365 tools will help you take on both the operational tasks of the project and the administration of the Microsoft Teams space.
