Administrative Assistant - Cutting Department

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in administrative or file and data management functions.

• Information management: Review, update, and comprehensive management of client files.
• Data processing: Handling of Excel and internal CRM tools for the processing, analysis, and monitoring of large volumes of information.
• Reporting: Preparation of operational reports and direct communication with the person responsible for the department.

• Stability: Initial 3-month contract through a temporary employment agency (ETT) with real possibility of subsequent permanent employment.
• Working day: Monday to Thursday: 09:00 h to 14:00 h and 15:00 h to 18:30 h.
• Friday: Intensive working day from 09:00 h to 15:00 h.
