Requirements

What we're looking for

More than 6 years of experience in complex IT project management and technological transformation.
Demonstrable experience leading Cloud migration or transformation projects in AWS.
Experience in IoT solution integration projects.
Experience managing international projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams in different countries.
Solid experience in stakeholder management, budgets, risks, providers, and project planning.
Advanced English (C1), with the ability to lead meetings and communicate regularly in international environments.
Knowledge and practical experience in Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
Experience in technology projects within the FMCG / Consumer Goods sector

Nice to have

Experience in application modernization and legacy system migration.
Knowledge of Cloud architectures, hybrid environments, and platform integration.
Project management certifications: PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master or equivalents.
Experience working with DevOps teams and international providers.
Experience in digital transformation projects of multinational scope.

The role

At Experis, we are looking to hire a Senior IT Project Manager with extensive experience in managing international technology projects, specializing in AWS Cloud migrations, IoT solution integration, and digital transformation.

The selected person will be responsible for leading complex technology projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, providers, and international stakeholders, ensuring the fulfillment of business objectives, deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.

We are looking for a profile with the ability to connect business needs with technical teams, manage projects from start to finish, and operate autonomously in international environments.

What you'll do

Lead application and legacy/on-premise to AWS Cloud migration projects.
Manage IoT (Internet of Things) solution integration projects in enterprise environments.
Coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams, both local and international.
Plan and supervise the various phases of the project: scope, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Manage budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and technology providers.
Coordinate communication with business and technology stakeholders, guaranteeing the alignment of objectives.
Supervise the execution of digital transformation and technological platform modernization projects.
Prepare progress reports, performance indicators, and project governance documentation.
Apply Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid management methodologies, depending on the needs of each initiative.
