Proven experience in technological infrastructure projects. Knowledge of project management methodologies: PMI, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum

• Education: Engineering degree or higher vocational training in the computer science area or a related field. A master's in IT Management or an MBA is valued.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the IT sector.

• Languages: High level of English is desirable
• Certifications: ITIL, PMP, CISSP, or vendor-specific (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, AWS) are valued.

As an International Project Manager, you will be part of our IT Infrastructure Services, Management and Governance department, a highly specialized team in infrastructure solutions for systems, virtualization, on-premises and/or Cloud based on the solutions of the main leading manufacturers in the market.

We execute managed Infrastructure services for large national and international clients. Additionally, we carry out projects with cutting-edge technology and extraordinary impact.

You will have the responsibility of supervising and managing the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring the availability, security, and efficiency of IT services. Your functions will include:

• Ensuring the availability and optimal performance of all infrastructure components.
• Planning and coordinating changes in the IT infrastructure, ensuring they are carried out in a controlled manner and without significant interruptions.
• Collaborating with other IT teams and external providers to ensure the integration and alignment of changes.
• Providing regular reports on the status and performance of the infrastructure, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and service metrics.
• Analyzing monitoring data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Ensuring that the IT infrastructure complies with company security policies and applicable regulations.
• Coordinating security and compliance audits, and managing the remediation of any findings.
• Managing relationships with service and technology providers, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
