What are we looking for?
- Between 5 and 10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors consulting.
- Solid and demonstrable experience in one or more of the following modules: Employee Central (EC), Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals (PMGM)
- Experience in functional leadership and stakeholder management.
- English level C1 or higher.
- Ability to work in international environments.
Nice to have
- Experience in Learning Management System (LMS) or Compensation.
- Knowledge of People Analytics.
- Experience with SAP HCM (PA, OM, Payroll, or Time Management).
- Participation in integration projects between SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
- SAP SuccessFactors certifications.
- PMP, Scrum, ITIL, or similar certifications.

What you'll do

- Functionally lead initiatives related to SAP SuccessFactors.
- Participate in the definition, evolution, and improvement of HR processes.
- Act as a functional reference for the business and international stakeholders.
- Collaborate on implementation, optimization, and integration projects for SAP solutions.
- Ensure the correct adoption of best practices across the various SuccessFactors modules.
