What we're looking for

⚠️ It will be essential to be able to obtain Personal Security Clearance (HPS).

More than 3 years of experience in Verification and Validation of software and complex systems.
Experience defining and leading testing strategies and campaigns.
Hands-on experience in test automation.
Proficiency with Playwright, JMeter, Postman, and Newman.
Experience developing automations with Python or Java.
Advanced knowledge of Linux and networking.
Experience working with critical systems.
Knowledge of test integration in CI/CD environments.
Ability to coordinate technical activities in multidisciplinary projects.
Good level of documentation and communication with different interlocutors.
C1 level of English.
Bachelor's Degree or Engineering.
Possibility of obtaining Personal Security Clearance (HPS).

Nice to have

Experience designing and defining automation frameworks.
Knowledge of Wireshark and/or tcpdump.
ISTQB Foundation or Advanced certification.
Certifications related to Cybersecurity.
Experience with simulators and test benches.
Knowledge of tactical communications systems.
Previous experience in projects related to defense or cybersecurity.

The role

At Expleo, we are looking to hire a Senior Verification and Validation (V&V) Engineer to participate in the SCOMC Cyberdefense project, working on the development and validation of highly complex critical systems.

We are looking for a person with solid experience in V&V, capable of taking responsibility for the testing strategy and coordinating validation activities alongside development, architecture, and cybersecurity teams.

What you'll do

Define and lead testing strategies and campaigns for complex systems.
Coordinate Verification and Validation (V&V) activities throughout the project.
Work together with development, architecture, and cybersecurity teams.
Design, develop, and execute automated tests.
Automate E2E interface testing using Playwright.
Perform load and performance testing with JMeter.
Execute and automate API testing using Postman and Newman.
Develop automation solutions and frameworks using Python or Java.
Integrate automated tests within CI/CD environments.
Document results, track validations, and communicate conclusions to different stakeholders.
