At Expleo we are looking to hire a Virtualization Administrator to collaborate on an international project for ICC , within a technological environment linked to the United Nations family. Your mission will be to contribute to ensuring the stability, security, availability, and continuous improvement of its virtualization infrastructure, working mainly with VMware vSphere and VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) and collaborating closely with specialized teams in storage, backup, networks, security, operating systems, and applications.  You will be part of the team responsible for maintaining a stable, secure, and efficient enterprise virtualization infrastructure. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Administer, configure, and maintain VMware and VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) environments. 
• Provide support, when necessary, to Nutanix, Hyper-V, and OLVM/KVM platforms. 
• Manage host updates, VMware lifecycle patching, and previously approved configuration changes. 
• Monitor the health and performance of virtual machines and hosts, identifying and resolving potential bottlenecks. 
• Investigate and resolve incidents related to virtualization, minimizing the impact on services. 
• Apply security best practices and contribute to compliance with established standards.
• Maintain and improve scripts and tools intended to automate administration, provisioning, configuration, and monitoring tasks. 
• Collaborate with other IT teams, stakeholders, and vendors on infrastructure-related projects and initiatives.
• Evaluate new capabilities and technological improvements, participating in proofs of concept when necessary. 
• Keep technical documentation up to date and contribute to monitoring the health, performance, and capacity of the platforms.

We are looking for a person with solid practical experience in enterprise virtualization, autonomy, and the ability to operate in production environments.
