EY's Forensic & Integrity Services area is a department specialized in financial and technological investigation, fraud prevention and detection, as well as acting as an independent expert before the competent Courts in each case, whether judicial or arbitral.

We are currently seeking a Manager with at least 5 years of experience to join the team specialized in conducting fraud and corruption investigations.

What you'll do

Your main responsibilities

  • You will design fraud investigation strategies.
  • You will manage the execution of designated fraud investigation procedures and lead the various tasks of the senior and junior profiles in the department.
  • You will manage the work team during each project.
  • You will analyze the requirements of each project.
  • You will plan the team's tasks for each project in question.
  • You will attend meetings with different clients and have direct communication with the client's team in question.
  • You will take on a leadership role over the work team, also serving as its mentor.
  • You will have direct communication with different EY departments, offering the candidate visibility and business development opportunities.
  • You will be involved in preparing corporate events and articles at both firm and departmental level, as well as attending them.

What we're looking for

Mandatory requirements

    • Analytical skills, proactivity and initiative, goal orientation, and team management skills.
    • Motivation and capacity for constant growth and development in a competitive environment.
    • A degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, or a related field. Candidates with double degrees related to economics will also be considered.
    • Between 5 and 8 years of experience in a professional services firm, preferably in a Forensic, audit, or risk department.
    • Advanced level of English (minimum C1).
    • Willingness to travel.
    • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Nice to have

Desirable requirements

    • Other certifications attesting to specific knowledge in audit, accounting, corporate compliance, financial markets, and money laundering prevention, such as ROAC, MBA, CFE, CFA, or CIA, will be positively valued.
    • Experience in preparing and ratifying expert reports of an economic and financial nature.
    • Knowledge of business valuations will be highly valued.
    • We value knowledge of other languages.
