Requirements
What we're looking for
University degree or Higher Vocational Training related to Quality, Environment, Engineering, or related disciplines.
At least 2 years of experience in similar positions.
Experience in managing internal and external audits.
Knowledge and practical experience in management systems based on: ISO 9001, 14001, 43001
Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Analytical capacity, organization, and orientation toward continuous improvement.
Nice to have
Valuable experience in the elevator sector, industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or industrial environments.

The role
At FAIN Ascensores we continue to grow and we are looking to hire a Quality and Environment Technician to reinforce our team and guarantee compliance with our quality, sustainability, and continuous improvement standards.
If you have experience in industrial environments or the elevator sector, and you are passionate about processes, audits, and management systems, we want to meet you.
What you'll do
Manage and maintain Quality and Environmental Management Systems.
Coordinate and perform internal audits.
Provide support in external audits and certification processes.
Guarantee compliance with the requirements established in the applicable ISO standards.
Prepare, review, and update work procedures and instructions.
Manage indicators and monitor action plans.
Identify opportunities for improvement and participate in continuous improvement projects.
Supervise compliance with environmental regulations.
Provide internal support and training regarding quality and environment.
Coordinate the document management associated with the integrated management system.
