The role
Job description
From Faster ETT we select a Sales Advisor to join a consolidated language school located in the center of Barcelona.
We are looking for a communicative, customer-oriented person who enjoys dealing with people and wants to develop their career in a stable project.
Duties
- Contact and attention to people interested in the courses.
- Follow-up of leads and business opportunities.
- Advising clients on the different training options.
- Resolving doubts and queries.
- Sales follow-up and enrollment closing.
- Management and updating of client information.
- Support in administrative tasks related to the business activity.
- Follow-up of processes until the enrollment is formalized.
- Ensuring close and quality attention throughout the entire process.
Conditions
- Contract through a temporary employment agency, long-term.
- Average working hours of 36 hours per week, distributed as one week of 40 hours and three weeks of 35 hours per month.
- Flexible schedule according to the center's needs, with entry between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM and exit between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
- One Saturday per month, from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM.
- Salary: €10.41 gross per hour.
- Free English classes.
- Possibility of consolidation and growth within the company.
- Close and collaborative work environment, with training and support from the sales team.
