Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in accounting departments performing similar functions.

What you'll get

Stability and future: Initial 3-month contract + extension, with REAL POSSIBILITIES of direct incorporation into the company's permanent staff.
Competitive salary: €11.58 gross/hour.
Schedule from Monday to Friday: From 09:00 to 18:00 h (weekends completely free to disconnect!).
Location: Work center in Redondela, well-located and accessible.

The role

Currently, we are selecting an Accounting Administrative Assistant to join immediately a prominent company dedicated to the wholesale and retail distribution and trade of beverages located in Redondela. If you are looking for a key position in the financial area with a great working environment, we want to meet you!

What you'll do

You will be the backbone of the financial department. Your main mission will be to maintain the accounting health and economic balance of the company, guaranteeing accurate closings, cost control, and providing the necessary financial information for strategic decision-making.

Your Day-to-Day: What will your routine be like?

During your workday, you will manage the company's internal accounting in an agile and rigorous manner:

Accounting and financial management: You will execute accounting closings, bank reconciliations, daily bank management, and the preparation of tax settlements.

Internal process control: You will supervise invoicing, the recording of provisions, and the continuous monitoring of the annual budget.

Information analysis: You will prepare periodic reports on the financial and accounting situation for the department management.

Advanced use of tools: You will use spreadsheets and management software to keep analytical control up to date.
