What we're looking for

Training related to the position.
Previous experience of 1 to 2 years in similar roles.
Experience in a hotel administrative position will be valued.

The role

H10 Hotels is looking to hire an Accounting Administrative Assistant to work at our Head Offices located in Barcelona.

What you'll do

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the accounting of European international hotels, with the following main duties:

Responsible for controlling expenses and income related to the financial situation.
Control of expenses and payments.
Control of accounting receipts.
Tax filing.
Year-end closing.
Preparation and/or review of annual accounts.
Coordination with other departments.
