What we're looking for

Experience leading teams in an industrial plant: Having coordinated people in production environments (food sector, packaging, or logistics highly valued) will give you the necessary agility to manage the shift with proficiency.

Technical or industrial training (Vocational Training Intermediate/Higher or similar): This will provide you with the necessary foundation to understand production processes and machinery operation.

Analytical and problem-solving skills: Key to detecting the origin of incidents, making quick decisions, and avoiding unnecessary stoppages.

Leadership through example and closeness: Combining production tasks with supervision will allow you to truly connect with the team, earning their trust and guiding them with a practical and decisive attitude.

Communication and close leadership skills: Communicating clearly, listening, and motivating the team will be fundamental to maintaining a committed group.

Availability to work shifts: Accustomed to the dynamics of rotating shifts in an industrial environment

The role

Here you will combine direct line work with supervision, acting as the link between your colleagues and the production coordinators.

What you'll do

Your mission will be to be the trusted bridge between the production team and the managers, ensuring that the workflow moves with efficiency and safety. With your active and close presence, you will ensure that intense shifts are overcome thanks to joint effort and good synergy.

You will participate actively in production tasks, collaborating side by side with your colleagues to drive the workload forward.
You will manage and resolve operational incidents: You will be attentive to everything happening on the line, supervising the process and anticipating any incidents to keep production running.
You will guarantee quality and safety standards: You will ensure compliance with occupational risk prevention, hygiene, and quality control regulations.
You will monitor indicators (KPIs): You will record production data and work reports and inform plant management about the shift's progress.12
You will foster a positive working climate: You will motivate the team, facilitate shift handovers, and promote an organized and collaborative work environment.

How you'll work

Rotating shifts:

Morning: 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Afternoon: 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Night: 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

Availability on Saturdays.
