Faster Empleo ETT is recruiting an Administrative Assistant for a construction company located in Vigo.
What you'll do
- Administrative duties: filing, phone support, and basic bookkeeping.
- IT duties: resolving minor computer issues and providing support to the various departments.
How you'll work
- Monday to Friday: 8 hours per day, with training schedule from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- One Saturday morning every two months, from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
- Afterwards, you will need to stay two days until 8:00 p.m.; this schedule will be coordinated and adjusted with the rest of the team.
