Do you feel like joining a project in the aeronautical sector, as part of a multidisciplinary planning, production, and operations team? You will participate in a high-demand industrial environment, contributing to the management and optimization of the supply chain and production plans, ensuring the fulfillment of operational and business objectives.

• Manage the operational and tactical planning of production, guaranteeing alignment with program needs.
• Perform Make/Buy planning, order tracking, and adaptation of production rates based on demand.
• Control deliveries, inventory levels, and provide support to industrial consolidation activities.
• Lead the daily monitoring of the CDT and the Production Control Board, ensuring the correct execution of the production plan.
• Prepare reporting for managers and plant supervisors, performing MPS monitoring, budget control, risk and opportunity management, and coordination of the implementation of improvements and operational processes.

To feel comfortable in this position, you should be proficient in:

• Production planning and control in complex industrial environments.
• Data analysis, development of KPIs, and reporting for different management levels.
• Risk management, identification of opportunities, and a focus on continuous improvement.
• Coordination with multidisciplinary teams, effective communication, and customer orientation.
• Knowledge of industrial processes in the aeronautical sector.
