What we're looking for

Your technical training in Electromechanical Maintenance, Mechanics, or Industrial Electricity (Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training)

It will provide you with the conceptual basis and necessary competencies to understand the machinery from day one and work with total safety in an industrial environment.

Your previous experience in industrial maintenance

It will give you the necessary fluency to move around the plant with agility, interpret the production rhythm, and diagnose breakdowns quickly.

Your proactivity, capacity for learning, and commitment in the face of critical breakdowns

It will allow you to face technical challenges with autonomy, resolve complex incidents, and continue evolving professionally alongside the team.

During the first 2 to 3 weeks, you will have an induction and training plan alongside a technical manager, ensuring your progressive adaptation regarding safety and operations.

You will access an initial salary band of €24,000 to €36,000 gross/year (depending on demonstrated skill during on-site testing) and a continuous development plan to reach up to €44,000 annually as you consolidate your role as a first-class skilled tradesperson.

The role

You will join the world's largest sustainable packaging and cardboard group, working in a flagship plant of over 65,000 m².

What you'll do

Your mission in this role

You will guarantee operational continuity and technical excellence on the production lines, executing key interventions that keep the plant at maximum performance.

Your work will have a direct impact on the efficiency of global sustainable packaging, ensuring the optimal functioning of cutting-edge industrial machinery and minimizing downtime.

You will diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical breakdowns in record time, maintaining the fluidity of the production process.

You will execute preventive maintenance plans and collaborate in the installation and commissioning of new machinery.

You will propose operational and safety improvements that optimize the performance of corrugated cardboard equipment and peripherals.

How you'll work

- Proximity and location flexibility

You will work mainly at the Torrejón de Ardoz plant.

- Schedule organization in biweekly rotating shifts

You will work in shifts of 2 weeks of mornings (06:45 to 14:45 h, including Saturdays with a weekly day off) and 2 weeks of afternoons (14:45 to 22:45 h) to plan your time in advance.
