What you'll get

Attractive compensation: You will earn €10.69/hour on the day shift and €12.83/hour on the night shift. Additionally, you will receive shift differential bonuses for completing the full monthly shift cycle.
Full-time schedule FROM MONDAY TO FRIDAY with rotating shifts: Continuous 8-hour shifts to optimize your time, with weekends off (Morning: 06:00 - 14:00, Afternoon: 14:00 - 22:00, Night: 22:00 - 06:00).
Ongoing employment: We are growing! We will start with weekly contracts, and if performance is good and both parties wish to continue, we will extend the contracts until reaching permanent staff status.
Immediate start: if you are looking to begin working right away, this position is for you.

The role

Are you looking for immediate employment in the food sector on a long-term basis and do you fit a dynamic work pace?

At Faster Empleo we are selecting food handlers to join immediately the team of an important leading company in Mieres. This is an excellent opportunity to generate stable income, gain experience in the food industry and develop in an agile production environment.

What you'll do

You will be part of the heart of the production process, performing key tasks to ensure the quality of the final product:

Feeding and supplying the production lines and machinery.
Visual quality control, review and verification of products.
Packaging, boxing and final labeling.
Cleaning, order and operational maintenance of your work area and machinery.

Requirements

We are looking for active people, with physical resistance and accustomed to working environments with a dynamic and demanding pace.
Immediate availability is required and essential for starting without delay.
Up-to-date work documentation.
Own vehicle (car or motorcycle) is required for commuting to the workplace in Mieres (THERE IS NO PUBLIC TRANSPORT TO THE WORKPLACE)
Full availability for rotating shifts across all three shifts (morning, afternoon, and night), EVERYONE ROTATES, EVERYONE BENEFITS FROM THE DIFFERENT SHIFT SCHEDULES.
Previous experience in a factory or the food sector and having the food handler's license will be positively valued.
Proactive attitude, commitment and willingness to work.
