An agri-food company located in the Vega Baja region is looking for an HR Technician.

The functions will be as follows:

. Management of selection and hiring processes

. Posting of job offers and conducting interviews

. Coordination of registrations, deregistrations, contracts, and labor documentation with the consultancy

. Control of vacations, absences, permits, and time-tracking

. Document management for OSH (Occupational Safety and Health), medical examinations, training, certificates, etc.

. Internal communication, improvement of the work environment, and staff turnover

The schedule will be full-time with a split shift
