The selected individuals will participate in the provision of cleaning and facility maintenance services, as well as in the correct functioning of the material and operational resources associated with the service, contributing to maintaining public spaces and facilities in optimal conditions of cleanliness, safety, and health.
The main duties will be:
Supervisors - Team Leaders
- Organize, coordinate, and supervise the daily tasks of the personnel assigned to the service.
- Distribute tasks and control their correct execution.
- Manage operational incidents and monitor scheduled works.
- Supervise compliance with quality, environmental, and occupational risk prevention procedures.
- Coordinate the human and material resources necessary for the correct provision of the service.
- Act as a liaison between operational staff and contract management.
- Prepare monitoring and activity control reports.
- Ensure compliance with established objectives.
Cleaners
- Perform cleaning work on buildings, premises, and interior facilities.
- Clean offices, common areas, restrooms, entrances, and general-use spaces.
- Correctly use the assigned cleaning products and tools.
- Maintain equipment and materials in perfect working order.
- Replenish consumables when necessary.
- Properly collect and manage the waste generated.
- Report incidents or anomalies detected during the workday.
- Comply with established quality, safety, and environmental procedures.
Mechanics - Electromechanics
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of service vehicles and machinery.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic breakdowns.
- Use diagnostic equipment for fault detection.
