We are looking to hire a CSR (Recovered Solid Fuel) Plant Manager for our plant located in Palau-solità i Plegamans (Barcelona), who will assume the responsibility of planning, coordinating, and supervising the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the facility, ensuring compliance with technical, economic, contractual, environmental, and safety objectives, contributing to the sustainable development and operational excellence of the company.

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise the daily operation of the CSR plant.

• Guarantee compliance with the production, economic, and quality objectives defined for the facility.

• Supervise the exploitation, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance activities of equipment and facilities.

• Ensure compliance with the environmental, safety, and occupational health regulations applicable to the activity.

• Lead, coordinate, and develop the plant's human team, organizing resources, shifts, and operational needs.

• Monitor management indicators (KPIs) and promote continuous improvement actions.

• Analyze operational and economic deviations, defining and implementing corrective measures.

• Supervise compliance with the procedures for the reception, classification, treatment, and dispatch of waste.

• Manage the plant budget and monitor operating and maintenance costs.

• Coordinate investments, technical improvements, and process optimization projects.

• Maintain dialogue with clients, suppliers, public administrations, and regulatory bodies.

• Coordinate audits, inspections, and regulatory controls.

• Supervise the correct document management of the facility.

• Promote innovation, sustainability, and energy efficiency in the plant's processes.
