We are looking for Supervisors - Team Leaders and Building and Interior Cleaners to provide services in the Axarquía and Costa del Sol area (Málaga).

Selected individuals will participate in the provision of cleaning and maintenance services for buildings and facilities, guaranteeing clean, orderly, safe, and healthy spaces for users, while complying with the quality, safety, and efficiency standards established by the organization.

What you'll do

The main duties will be:

Supervisors - Team Leaders

- Organize, coordinate, and supervise the daily tasks of the personnel assigned to the service.

- Distribute work and guarantee its correct execution.

- Supervise compliance with quality, safety, and environmental procedures.

- Coordinate human and material resources to ensure the correct provision of the service.

- Manage operational incidents and monitor scheduled works.

- Act as a link between the operational team and the service management.

- Prepare monitoring and activity control reports.

- Detect training needs and promote good working practices.

- Ensure compliance with the objectives established for the contract.

Building and Interior Cleaners

- Perform cleaning of work areas, removing dust, stains, and residue from surfaces.

- Clean light fixtures, lamps, and light points through the safe use of ladders.

- Clean cabins, doors, buttons, and floors of elevators and freight elevators.

- Perform scrubbing, polishing, waxing, and disinfection of floors.

- Apply specific treatments according to the type of surface.

- Clean interior glass using the appropriate products.

- Perform cleaning of ducts, shafts, and hard-to-reach areas.

- Collect and transport waste generated during cleaning.

- Correctly use cleaning machinery such as floor scrubbers, vacuum cleaners, rotary machines, or steam cleaners.

- Handle cleaning products respecting established safety measures.

- Perform basic maintenance tasks on cleaning equipment.

- Report incidents, breakdowns, or repair needs.

- Apply occupational risk prevention regulations and the use of personal protective equipment.

Other requirements
