Requirements

We are looking for an Occupational Risk Prevention Technician who will provide support to the production department at our Córdoba center.

What you'll do

The duties to be performed are:

Perform and keep updated risk assessments in the various workstations, processes, and facilities, identifying hazards and proposing preventive and corrective measures.

Ensure compliance with current legislation regarding occupational risk prevention, as well as internal procedures and applicable legal requirements.

Participate in the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the occupational health and safety management system in accordance with the ISO 45001 standard.

Detect opportunities for improvement in equipment, facilities, and processes, proposing technical solutions that reduce risks and improve ergonomics and safety.

Verify that workers use the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and that these comply with current regulations and safety standards.

Collaborate with the Human Resources department in the design, planning, and delivery of training actions regarding prevention, as well as in awareness campaigns.

Perform the monitoring and analysis of the main OHS indicators (incidence rate, severity rate, frequency, etc.), proposing improvement actions.

Participate in internal and external audits of the OHS management system, as well as in periodic safety inspections at the workplaces.

Collaborate with the Human Resources and Legal Advisory departments in the investigation of occupational incidents and accidents, ensuring their correct notification, cause analysis, and definition of corrective measures.

Guarantee the presence and correct action of preventive resources in activities that require them, in accordance with regulations and preventive planning.

Ensure the correct environmental management of the organization's activities, ensuring compliance with current regulations, the minimization of environmental impact, and the continuous improvement of environmental performance, with the objective of guaranteeing that production or service processes are developed in a way that respects the natural environment.

Ensure the correct quality management within the company.
