Sustainability & ESG Trainee (Business for Impact)

• Support in the ESG reporting process and the various sustainability certifications such as BCorp, EcoVadis, UN Global Compact, CSRD...
• Organizing and managing the collection of information for ESG reports and standards (EINF, CDP, EcoVadis, among others).
• Data support and analysis for the implementation of reporting tools
• Support in the environmental and social management of Ferrer's value chain through the Link Up Program and the EcoVadis platform.
• Support in projects for BCorp certification preparation.
• Support in the development of workshops and training sessions, co-creation, and sustainability training, among others.
• Support in awareness campaigns and communication on sustainability matters.
• Support in the organization and execution of corporate volunteering activities and support in managing Ferrer's volunteering portal.
• Support in improving sustainability documentation.
• Support in identifying double materiality GAPs at Ferrer with pending sustainability initiatives at Ferrer.
• Provide support in other cross-cutting sustainability projects.

You will be the best in this role if you match:

• Education: Degree in Environmental Sciences. Business Administration, Engineering, or in the final year of studies. Or pursuing a Master's in Sustainability, Environmental Engineering, or another topic related to sustainability.
• Specific training: CSRD, Human Rights, double materiality, BCorp, impact measurement...
• Languages: Spanish and English.
• Advanced IT skills: full Microsoft Office package, especially Excel and Power BI.
• Strong self-learning ability and social skills.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams, as well as to make public presentations. A very responsible and organized person eager to learn.
• Strategic thinking and cross-functional vision.
• Results-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.

• Soporte en la gestión ambiental y social de la cadena de valor de Ferrer a través del Programa Link Up y la plataforma Ecovadis.
• Apoyo en proyectos de preparación para la certificación BCorp.
• Soporte en el desarrollo de workshops y talleres de formación, co-creación y formación en sostenibilidad entre otros.
• Apoyo en campañas de sensibilización y comunicación en materia de sostenibilidad.
• Apoyo en la organización y realización de actividades de voluntariado corporativo y aproyo en la gestión del portal de voluntariado de Ferrer.
• Apoyo en la mejora documental de sostenibilidad.
• Apoyo en la identificación de GAPs de la doble materialidad de Ferrer con las iniciativas pendientes en materia de sostenibilidad en Ferrer.
• Dar soporte en otros proyectos transversales en materia de sostenibilidad.

Serás el mejor en este papel si coincides con:

• Formación: Licenciado en Ciencias Ambientales. ADE, ingeniería o cursando el último año de carrera. O cursando un Máster en Sostenibilidad, Ingeniería ambiental o alguna otra temática relacionada con la sostenibilidad.
• Formación específica: CSRD, Derechos Humanos, doble materialidad, BCorp, medición de impacto...
• Idiomas: español e inglés.
• Altos conocimientos informáticos: paquete Office completo, en especial Excel y Power BI.
• Gran capacidad de autoaprendizaje y dotes sociales.
• Capacidad de trabajar en equipos multidisciplinares, así como hacer presentaciones en público. Persona muy responsable y organizada con ganas de aprender.
• Pensamiento estratégico y visión transversal.
• Orientación a resultados y mejora continua.
