Data Center Facilities Manager

• Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent degree.
• More than 10 years of experience in industrial facility construction.
• More than 5 years of experience in Data Center projects.
• Demonstrable experience in critical facilities and Mission Critical environments.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams during the construction and commissioning phases.
• Experience in MEP procurement, hiring of installers, and subcontractor management.
• Solid knowledge of MV/LV electrical installations, emergency generation, UPS, STS, PDU, critical HVAC, BAS, BMS, and EPMS.
• Experience in commissioning, startup, and delivery of facilities to the client.
• Proficiency in BIM tools (Revit, Navisworks), collaborative platforms (Dalux, ACC, BIM360), and planning tools (Primavera P6 or MS Project).
• High level of English (minimum C1), with the ability to lead technical and commercial meetings in international environments.

We are looking for a MEP Lead Data Center / Senior MEP Project Manager to lead the comprehensive management of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) disciplines in Hyperscale Data Center projects. The person will be responsible for coordinating all activities related to critical facilities, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, deadline, and cost objectives, as well as the correct commissioning and handover to the client.

• Lead and coordinate MEP disciplines during all phases of project execution.
• Coordinate engineering, client, PMO, contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring correct integration between disciplines.
• Supervise technical procurement processes, hiring of installers, and vendor management.
• Prepare technical and economic comparisons, participating in award processes and strategic decision-making.
• Manage technical risks, interfaces between disciplines, and deviations in planning, productivity, and costs.
• Lead technical and executive meetings with the client and project stakeholders.
• Coordinate commissioning, startup, and final handover activities of the facilities.
• Supervise legalization processes and administrative procedures associated with the facilities.
• Guarantee compliance with project quality, safety, and performance standards.
