Project Manager Data Center

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of Data Center projects from inception through completion.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams, including designers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and client representatives.
• Coordinate project schedules, budgets, procurement activities, and risk management processes.
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions when necessary to ensure successful delivery.
• Facilitate technical and commercial decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee contract administration, change management, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements, industry standards, and client specifications.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of Project Management experience within the construction and real estate sectors.
• Proven experience delivering Data Center projects, including hyperscale, colocation, enterprise, or mission-critical facilities.
• Solid understanding of construction methodologies, MEP systems, commissioning processes, and project controls.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments and managing multiple stakeholders across different disciplines.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and contract frameworks such as PMI, FIDIC, etc, is considered an advantage.
• Professional proficiency in English.
