What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 8 years of Project Management experience within the construction and real estate sectors.
Proven experience in Data Center projects; however, relevant experience in other critical or complex environments will also be considered, including industrial, healthcare, energy, or large-scale infrastructure facilities.
Solid understanding of construction methodologies, MEP systems, commissioning processes, and project controls.
Experience working in fast-paced environments and managing multiple stakeholders across different disciplines.
Professional proficiency in English.

Nice to have

Knowledge of project management methodologies and contract frameworks such as PMI, FIDIC, etc, is considered an advantage.

Desirable Experience

Hospitality developments, including hotels, resorts, and mixed-use projects.
Industrial, logistics, commercial, or large-scale infrastructure developments.
International project delivery and multicultural project environments.

Data Center Project Manager responsible for leading complex mission-critical developments from inception to completion. Oversees scope, schedule, budget, quality, and stakeholder management while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and building strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and key partners to ensure successful project delivery and performance.

What you'll do

Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of Data Center projects from inception through completion.
Manage multidisciplinary teams, including designers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and client representatives.
Coordinate project schedules, budgets, procurement activities, and risk management processes.
Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions when necessary to ensure successful delivery.
Facilitate technical and commercial decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
Oversee contract administration, change management, and stakeholder communications.
Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements, industry standards, and client specifications.
Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients.
