Requirements

What we're looking for

Previous experience in BIM MEP modeling (minimum 2-4 years), preferably in a technical office.
Proficiency in Revit MEP and Navisworks
Knowledge of technical installations and their representation in BIM models.
Languages: Advanced English is essential
Own vehicle for traveling to site

Nice to have

Experience in data center construction is highly valued.

Valuable requirements

Experience in data center or critical installation projects will be valued.
Knowledge of other BIM tools (BIM360, Dynamo, etc.) will be valued.

The role

In our Facilities Engineering division, we get involved in a wide variety of cutting-edge projects, collaborating with the most innovative clients in the Petrochemical, Chemical, Energy, Pharmaceutical, Food, Construction, and Civil Works sectors.

We are looking for a BIM MEP Modeler for an industrial project to expand one of our teams in Madrid and/or Barcelona.

What you'll do

Functions:

3D modeling of mechanical and/or electrical installations (HVAC, plumbing, low voltage, medium voltage, etc.) in a BIM environment.
Generation of drawings, measurements, and technical documentation from the model.
Graphic support for project engineers.
Participation in BIM coordination meetings with other disciplines.
Compliance with BIM standards and protocols (internal and/or client).
